It depends on the training option you choose. The Foundations is a single 4-hour session — most facilities are scheduled and trained within 1–2 weeks of signing. The Foundations Plus consists of four 4-hour sessions, typically delivered over 2–4 weeks depending on your team's availability. A Leadership Essentials engagement is scoped to your facility's specific needs and timeline — after the Training Needs Assessment, a proposal with a recommended schedule is delivered within 5 business days. All sessions are available evenings and weekends, with new slots typically opening within 2–3 weeks.

Both. Virtual training is delivered live via Zoom and is available to facilities nationwide — ideal for new-staff onboarding, supplemental sessions, and any team that can practice in your PCC environment remotely. On-site training is available regionally and works best for hands-on clinical training where staff benefit from practicing in person. Foundations, Foundations Plus, and Leadership Essentials engagements can all be delivered in either format.

For every engagement, we ask for a designated point of contact, scheduled time for staff to attend sessions, and access to your PCC sandbox if available (we can work with production, but sandbox is preferred).

For on-site training, you'll also need a suitable training space with Wi-Fi. For virtual training, each participant (or shared group) needs a computer with a reliable internet connection, the ability to join a Zoom session, and access to your PCC environment to follow along hands-on. We send the Zoom link and any materials in advance.

Yes, always. The assessment takes about 20 minutes to complete and helps us understand your facility's specific gaps before recommending any training. You'll receive a custom proposal within 5 business days — and you're under no obligation to engage further. We'd rather have a clear scope than guess at it.

Yes. Before any engagement involving potential access to Protected Health Information (PHI), we execute a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with your facility. Our internal HIPAA Privacy & Security Policy follows the HIPAA Rules at 45 C.F.R. Parts 160 and 164, and all personnel complete HIPAA training annually.

Absolutely — this is one of our most common engagements. Survey preparation focuses on documentation integrity, audit trail accuracy, and the documentation patterns surveyors are most likely to scrutinize. The earlier we can engage, the more value we can provide — ideally 6–8 weeks before your survey window.
