ProEHR Consulting is a PointClickCare training and consulting practice based in Maryland, serving skilled nursing and long-term care facilities nationwide.

What Information We Collect
We only collect information you give us directly. This happens in two places:
- Contact form — your name, title, facility, email, phone number, and any message you send.
- Training Needs Assessment — details about your facility, current PCC setup, training gaps, and scheduling preferences.
We do not collect any information passively. There are no tracking pixels, no advertising cookies, and no analytics software installed on this website.
How We Use Your Information
Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and provide the services you requested. Specifically:
- To follow up on training inquiries and proposals
- To schedule and deliver PCC training engagements
- To send materials related to your specific engagement
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with any third party for marketing purposes. Ever.
Third-Party Services
This website uses two external services:
- Formspree — processes form submissions and delivers them to our inbox. Your form data passes through Formspree's servers. You can review their privacy policy at formspree.io.
- Google Fonts — loads the website's typeface from Google's servers. Google may log your IP address as part of this request. No persistent cookies are set.
That's it. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising networks.
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Formspree may set a short-lived session cookie to protect against spam when you submit a form. This cookie expires when you close your browser and is not used to track you.
Data Retention
We keep your contact information only as long as needed to manage your inquiry or engagement. If you would like your information removed, email us and we will delete it promptly.
